Save Microsoft Office Word File/Document (.doc file)

Steps:

 Click on the office button (top right Conner as shown in the figure below)











click on Save (as shown in the figure)














After you click on the save you will get following windows pupup










Type the required file as shown in the figure











Click on save or enter button 

YOUR FILE IS SAVE
